The Ripple Center
The Ripple Center is a New Jersey nonprofit that empowers young adults, especially from marginalized communities, to become social entrepreneurs. Through its free nine-month Ripple Fellowship, participants receive mentorship, hands-on learning, and support to launch mission-driven businesses that benefit people and the planet.

Walmart
Walmart’s Spark Good Local Grants program supports community organizations through grants ranging from $250 to $5,000. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, government entities, schools, and faith-based organizations that benefit their local communities.

Cocovibe
Cocovibe Student Grants offer $1,000 weekly awards to U.S. students aged 13 and older who are enrolled in educational programs. These grants support initiatives aimed at benefiting communities or the environment. Applicants must outline their cause, action plan, and intended use of funds.

The Lawrenceville School
We are deeply grateful to The Lawrenceville School and Mrs. James B. Welles Jr. for awarding us the Welles Award, which played a pivotal role in the founding of Torus. This generous support allowed us to launch our composting initiative and will enable us to conduct vital composting research in New Jersey during the summer of 2025.
